By accessing or using ExporTiktok ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ExporTiktok is a web-based tool that allows users to export comments from TikTok videos into various formats including CSV and Excel. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

4. Free Credits and Pricing

New accounts receive 500 free credits upon signup. These credits can be used to export comments according to your plan's limits. Unused free credits expire after 30 days.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are provided according to our refund policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service to harvest or collect email addresses or other contact information
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Use the Service to export comments for spam or harassment purposes
• Share your account credentials with others

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as detailed in our Privacy Policy. We do not store TikTok video content or user data longer than necessary to provide the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ExporTiktok and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ExporTiktok, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
